Alexander's Wreck
This is an intentional wreck sunk here by Chet Alexander in 1972. It's a 328-foot U.S. Navy destroyer escort he bought for $2,000, and it's in just 40 feet of water so novices can try it out. The guns are still there on the deck! The current can be strong sometimes, it's shallow enough so that this isn't really a problem. It's located near Cottrell Key, so you can check out both places in one day.
